We're recruiting for Supervisors to join a well known fashion retailer in the Lake District. With both full time and part time opportunities available, this is a fantastic chance to take the next step in your retail career with a brand that values its people and customer experience.

As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the management team, driving sales, maintaining high standards and ensuring every customer receives a first class shopping experience.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in fashion retail at Supervisor, Senior Sales Assistant, Keyholder or Team Leader level

A passion for fashion, styling and customer service

Strong communication and people skills

Confidence in supporting and motivating a team

Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales

Flexible and hands on approach to retail

Key responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment

Support the management team in the day to day running of the store

Lead by example on the shop floor and inspire the wider team

Support visual merchandising and maintain excellent store standards

Drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement

Assist with stock management, deliveries and operational tasks

Help coach and develop team members to achieve their potential
