Previous experience within fashion, outdoor or customer focused retail

A genuine passion for the outdoors and active lifestyles

Strong communication and customer service skills

A positive and enthusiastic approach

Confidence engaging with customers and building relationships

A team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment

Key responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences

Build product knowledge and confidently recommend products to customers

Support the team in achieving sales targets and store goals

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and store operations

Ensure the store remains welcoming, organised and customer focused at all times
