Track & Field Head Coach at Napa High School

• Conduct daily practice sessions and manage a five‑week season beginning in April.
• Plan and execute practices and competitions, including travel to away games.
• Develop positive relationships with parents and players; coordinate an end‑of‑season awards recognition.
• Manage equipment and support student‑athlete development both on and off the field.
• Apply knowledge of character building, adolescent psychology, nutrition, risk management and the rules and strategies of track & field to coaching practice.

• Experience in track & field coaching; working with student‑athletes.
• First Aid/CPR, NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching, NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest, NFHS Concussion in Sports and NFHS Heat and Illness prevention, and other district HR requirements.
• Available to coach during the season as specified; able to obtain required certifications if not already held.
