Senior Accountant – LVT (Live View Technologies)

We're hiring a Senior Accountant to be a core contributor on our Finance team as LVT continues to scale rapidly. Reporting to the Controller, you will take ownership of critical accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records during a period of explosive growth.

This role requires strong GAAP knowledge, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where problem‑solving and efficiency are paramount.

• Financial Reporting & Close:
  Own significant portions of the monthly and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• General Ledger Management:
  Maintain the general ledger, prepare and post complex journal entries, and perform detailed reconciliations for various accounts (e.g., bank, accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions).
• Audit & Compliance:
  Be a primary point of contact and support for internal and external financial audits, preparing comprehensive work papers and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify, document, and implement process improvements and stronger internal controls to streamline accounting operations and enhance financial data integrity.
• Mentorship &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Review the work of junior accounting staff, offering guidance and technical support. Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments (Sales, Operations, Engineering) to ensure proper recording of complex transactions, particularly related to our subscription/leasing models.
• Analysis:
  Assist in financial analysis, variance analysis (actual vs. budget), and ad‑hoc reporting to support management's strategic decision‑making.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced technology, manufacturing, or subscription‑based company environment.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Deep, proven knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience with a major ERP/accounting software.
• Mindset:
  Highly detail‑oriented, accurate, and possessing superior analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• CPA certification (or actively pursuing).
