. We are looking for an individual who is customer service driven with excellent problem‑solving skills. We are recruiting a receptionist for our American Fork division, which includes American Fork, Lehi, and Saratoga Springs locations. Travel is required between all three locations.
We expect you to work 8‑hour shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday. The position is currently part‑time (2‑3 days a week, Monday – Friday, days varying). We are open to offering full‑time (4‑5 days a week, M‑F) roles for the right candidate; full‑time employees are eligible for a generous benefits package. Due to the investment involved in training for this position, we require a minimum of a 1‑year commitment.
Responsibilities- Work 8‑hour shifts between 7:30 am‑6:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
- Demonstrate high motivation and consistently contribute to a positive working environment.
- Maintain a high quality and volume of answered phone calls and online chat messages.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them (in person/on phone/online chat) and answers inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for multiple providers/locations with consistent accuracy.
- Understand billing policies and collect payments for services rendered.
- Update and maintain all patient registration records, including insurance plans.
- Maintain multiple provider schedules between four offices.
- Direct all visitors to appropriate departments.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Maintain the appearance of the front reception area.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals and maintaining optimum daily productivity.
- Experience preferred but not necessary.
- Spanish speaking preferred but not necessary.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations on the fly.
