• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide accurate information about our vehicle inventory, services, and promotions.
• Maintain detailed and organized customer records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Be available to work full‑time, including Saturdays
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.
• Previous experience in automotive or customer service roles is a plus but not required.
