Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary production contact for clients, providing a professional, responsive, and personable experience throughout the production process.
  • Manage live event productions from pre-production planning through event execution, strike, and completion.

  • Monitor labor requirements, equipment utilization, production expenses, and project budgets.
  • Maintain high standards for event execution, professionalism, safety, reliability, and client service.
  • Conduct post-event follow-up and identify opportunities to improve processes and future productions.
  • Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Work hands-on when needed, including equipment preparation, warehouse responsibilities, loading trucks, setup, strike, and other practical production tasks.
  • Support evening and weekend event delivery as required.
  • Work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and solve problems without close supervision.
