Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM AND Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Compensation: $40.36–$51.13 DOE and Licensure

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based practices
• Develop and maintain treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development
• Attend team meetings and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Support clients with empathy, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving

• Associate Licensure (Utah): CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT
• OR
• Full Licensure (Utah): LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ethical practice, client safety, and professional growth
• Substance Use Disorder experience preferred
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
