About This RoleAs a Senior G&A Recruiter at LVT you’ll own the technical hiring function across Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, and Customer Operations. You’ll build relationships, ensure a world‑class candidate experience, and drive data‑driven improvements in a lean, fast‑paced environment.
Role Responsibilities- Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for G&A roles (sourcing through closing) with flexibility to support other departments.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, advise on hiring strategies, and drive an efficient process.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
- Operate in a highly metric‑driven environment, tracking key hiring metrics and using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Help build and scale the recruiting function at LVT, bringing new ideas and best practices to enhance our hiring efforts.
- Work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, balancing multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborate with employer branding efforts to position LVT as an employer of choice for top talent.
- Stay informed on tech hiring trends, market insights, and best practices to continually elevate our recruiting approach.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high‑growth SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding hiring goals.
- Strong sourcing skills—experienced with Linked In Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative outreach methods.
- Thrives in a metric‑driven environment, using data to track success and improve hiring outcomes.
- Adaptable and resourceful—able to pivot quickly and support new roles and teams.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills, excelling with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Experience working with engineering and technical leaders, providing strategic talent insights.
- Passion for building diverse, high‑ing teams and elevating the recruiting function.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience welcomed.
