About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead nCino and Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Application Support team. This position will be responsible for leading the administration, support, and maintenance of the nCino and Salesforce platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations, support system capabilities, assist with releases and vendor upgrades, and enhance platform performance.
Additionally, the role will involve leading the support of end users, performing scheduled system maintenance, maintaining third‑party applications and services integration, managing platform releases, and collaborating with the development team to implement system improvements. The primary responsibility of this role will be managing the nCino Commercial Lending Application. You will lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed successfully and meet audit standards as well as leading the other nCino admins and support specialists with their assignments.
As a senior administrator, you will guide less experienced team members to ensure they adhere to GBCI standards. You will also maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation and ensure testing is completed at all levels for new systems, releases, enhancements, and break/fix solutions. In this role, you will work in cross‑functional teams, providing technical and analytical support for both new and current production systems.
As a representative of the IT Department, you will interact with all levels of bank groups and management. Therefore, professionalism and diplomacy are essential for building trust and ensuring the success of the position. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage complex technical projects, ensuring both nCino and Salesforce platforms support the bank's strategic goals and operations.
This is a Corporate position which may be located in an available bank division across our nine‑state footprint in AZ, CO, , MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY. to learn more about our bank divisions.
The entry rate for this position is $47.23 + /hour (calculated for Kalispell, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

Spokane, WA range $53.95 - $80.91 an hour. Wenatchee, WA range $54.45 - $81.66 an hour.
- Responsible for leading the administration, user access and support, and related maintenance nCino and Salesforce platforms. Develop strategies for improved system support; solutions performance; support development team in delivery of new functionality and implementation. Address system outages and communicate those outages to the Service Desk and to the Banks on short notice with minimal supervision.
- Responsible for coordinating and participating in new platform software products and releases that impact the organization’s business services and operations. This includes active participation and coordination with the Development, Quality Assurance, and functional teams to ensure seamless updates, releases, and new feature implementations. Develop thorough and positive communication, both specific and broad, for system changes being implemented in production.
- Responsible for maintaining effective and efficient information technology systems and applications. Establishing protocols and developing procedures for assigned applications to optimize the organization’s ability to provide services to the banks and the bank customers. Collaborate with IT staff in translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements. Provide guidance or work direction to lower-level analysts and/or vendors. Take a lead role in assigned log review, applications documentation, and providing training to Level II Support and other team members, as needed.
