* ABOUT THIS ROLE:

** LVT is seeking a world-class Learning Facilitator to design, create, and deliver impactful learning experiences for both in-person and online environments. This role sits on LVT’s Learning Team and is responsible for developing curriculum, content, and training materials across software, hardware, and manufacturing domains.  The Learning Facilitator will manage and contribute to LVT’s Learning Management System (LMS), create multimedia learning assets (documents, imagery, videos, simulations), and lead live webinars and in-person training sessions.

Training audiences include clients, employees, and third-party partners. This role thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and requires comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and continuous adaptation.

** RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Design, develop, and maintain world-class curriculum and learning content for online and in-person training experiences
* Facilitate live client-facing onboarding sessions, recurring product webinars, and in-person training events
* Create engaging learning materials including documents, presentations, videos, simulations, graphics, and knowledge-base content
* Manage and contribute to internal and external LMS platforms, including content organization and updates
* Apply adult learning theory and instructional design best practices to all training content
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure products are understood and used as intended
* Maintain documentation, learning metrics, and performance tracking to measure training effectiveness
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities, timelines, and workflows in a dynamic environment
* Take full ownership of assigned projects, from planning through execution and delivery
* Continuously build expertise in LVT processes, software and hardware products, and industry challenges
* Proactively communicate progress, priorities, and results with management

* QUALIFICATIONS:

*** Previous experience as a software and/or hardware trainer, educator, or learning facilitator in a related field
* Demonstrable portfolio of training work, including facilitated sessions, curriculum, and learning content
* Experience delivering training via multiple platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, in-person)
* Strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and content creation
* Working knowledge of adult learning principles and learning methodologies
* Experience using LMS platforms and tracking learning metrics
* Proficiency with Google Workspace and common learning/content creation tools (e.g., video editing software, Adobe Suite, diagramming tools)
* Ability to create branded, audience-appropriate learning materials such as slides, one-pagers, graphics, and step-by-step documentation
* Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and minimally structured environments
* Strong self-management skills with the ability to set priorities and execute without micromanagement
* High level of ownership, initiative, and internal motivation
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
