BUILT is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can lead both the daily hum of social channels and the larger pulse of creator partnerships. In this role, you’ll architect platform‑smart content strategies, drive cultural relevance, and partner with agencies across creative, paid, and creator verticals to build work that resonates and performs.

You’ll blend social‑first storytelling, rigorous performance thinking, and creator‑centric programming to shape how BUILT shows up across the social ecosystem ‑ every day and in big moments. You will also lead and develop a small but high‑impact team, managing the Manager, Creators/Collaborations;
Assistant Manager, Tik Tok; and Community Coordinator to ensure aligned execution, growth, and excellence across all social and creator initiatives.

Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Channel Leadership (70%)
  • Support BUILT’s multi‑platform social strategy across Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitch, You Tube, and emerging channels.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day content planning, publishing, and optimization with a strong grasp of platform best practices and evolution.
  • Build channel playbooks, content frameworks, posting cadences, and format strategies to ensure consistency and performance while staying up to speed on the evolution of algorithms and platforms.
  • Lead community engagement and social listening efforts to nurture audience growth, conversation, and grow brand affinity.
  • Understand BUILT’s brand voice deeply and direct ideation, storytelling, and content creation that consistently delivers on the brand promise.
  • Collaborate with creative partners to ensure content is in‑line with social strategy, on‑brand, and optimized for each platform—but not afraid to test new things!
  • Maintain strong relationships with creative and paid media agencies, aligning them to BUILT’s goals and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Work closely with paid media teams and partners to develop social‑first paid strategies, audience targeting recommendations, and boosted content plans.
  • Monitor platform updates, cultural trends, and new storytelling formats that BUILT can adopt or lead.
  • Analyze KPIs, identify insights, and present performance recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with external paid agency partners to integrate paid social into overall campaign planning.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for paid amplification, audience segmentation, and creative variations.
  • Monitor and align organic and paid content strategies to ensure consistent messaging and maximize impact.
  • Review performance data from paid campaigns and collaborate on optimizations and learnings.
  • Collaborate closely with P&L leaders and cross‑functional brand partners to ensure social strategy aligns with broader business priorities and initiatives.
Creator & Influencer Program Leadership (30%)
  • Develop thoughtful, clear, and inspiring creative briefs for creators; guide them through execution.
  • Support the Director in shaping BUILT’s creator strategy across campaigns, activations, and always‑on content.
  • Identify emerging, trending, and high‑impact influencers who align with the brand’s voice and audience goals.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with creator agency partners, ensuring BUILT has a steady pipeline of talent and opportunities.
  • Build post‑campaign reports with performance insights, ROI analysis, and recommendations for future programs.
Qualifications (Is This You?)
