ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Team Lead will spend part of their week actively participating in sales activities while also balancing sales goals with providing training and mentorship to new team members. This role demands a combination of strong sales skills and prior experience in mentorship or leadership.

- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain – study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle – 3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions
