About the Opportunity
SWTHZ American Fork is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver a strong sales and service experience for both guests and members. This role focuses on relationship-based selling, new membership enrollment, and ongoing engagement that supports member acquisition and retention. The Sales Advisor plays a key role in translating the SWTHZ mission through memberships, retail offerings, and daily guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & New Membership Enrollment (40%)
- Execute a relationship-based sales approach during guest intros
- Tour prospective members through the studio and connect services and amenities to individual goals
- Communicate membership options clearly and confidently
- Enroll guests using established sales techniques and protocols
- Support new member onboarding and assist with retention initiatives to drive profitability
- Set appointments for all incoming leads and prospective members
- Communicate studio marketing campaigns and promotions to leads and members
- Manage and follow up on leads using company software
- Execute daily outreach and sales plans to support consistent lead conversion
Member Experience (20%)
- Partner with the Studio Manager to deliver a best-in-class, member-focused experience
- Greet members promptly and provide attentive service
- Build familiarity and rapport with members and serve as a point of contact for questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized studio environment

Qualifications
Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- CPR/AED certification required (in-person training)
- Additional credentials or relevant education preferred
Experience
- 1+ year of experience in a sales environment
- Experience with relationship-based selling and value-driven conversations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Physical duties include bending, squatting, reaching, walking, and prolonged standing
