• Works on refrigeration systems, reach-ins, walk-ins, rack systems, ice machines, A/C units, furnaces, make-up air units, boilers, chillers, and more.
• Provides exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
• Performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.
• Collaborates with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
• Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission.
• Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor.

• 3+ years proven experience with HVAC Commercial Service, with specific expertise in refrigeration.
• EPA and RMGA certification preferred.
• Must be professional.
• Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
• GUNTHERS is a SMOKE-FREE environment – no smoking or vaping.
