Position Description
We’re hiring 1–2 individuals to join our rough framing crew. We're looking for hard-working framers of all skill levels — from experienced lead framers who can run a crew, down to solid cut guys ready to work and learn.
This is year-round work
, not seasonal.
Pay ranges from $18 to $30 per hour
, depending on experience and tools.
We offer quarterly bonuses
, an end-of-year bonus
, and opportunities to move up in the company. Raises are based on skill level and performance
.
Work is primarily in Utah and Salt Lake Counties
, with some crews working in Davis County
.
Must have your own transportation. Start immediately.

Responsibilities- Show up on time and ready to work
- Read and follow plans and instructions
- Work well with the crew and maintain a good attitude
- Stay productive and safe on-site
- Take pride in quality framing work
- Communicate effectively with foreman and coworkers
- 1–2 years of framing or construction experience preferred
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Having your own saws is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
- Able to lift, carry, and work in standard framing environments
