. This position involves driving, forklift operation, and warehouse duties in an HVAC/R wholesale distribution environment.

We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:

• Attention to Detail with Driving – Assist the warehouse manager with daily deliveries, require CDL B or higher, experience driving Box Trucks and assisting in loading/unloading.
• Warehouse Duties – Operate forklifts (sit‑down, reach trucks, order pickers), pull product for Will Calls, organize truck loads, use RF scanning, and stock small parts.
• Customer Focused – Deliver on promises to dealers, business owners, and HVACR companies; pull and fulfill orders quickly and correctly.
• Positive Attitude & Stellar Attendance – Show reliability, on‑time attendance, and teamwork.
• Safety & Growth – Strong safety record, follow processes, load/unload to maximize space and protect products.
• Consistent Work Schedule – Monday‑Friday schedule, holidays and weekends off*.

• Team Spirit – Cooperation and problem solving across sales, warehouse, and outside teams.
• Sense of Urgency – React quickly to internal and external customers.
• Learning & Understanding – Training includes warehouse systems, forklift use, customer service, Will Calls, and support for the whole branch.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Counter Sales Representative or customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum Class B CDL.
• Minimum 2 years of forklift driving or warehouse experience.
• Combination of education and related experience also considered.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, creative, customer‑focused professional. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and provides accuracy and timeliness.
• Flexible with changes in work schedule, willing to work overtime and occasional on‑call weekends for additional pay.
• Must have your Fed Med Card.
