This developmental role is ideal for candidates passionate about industrial manufacturing, chemical process control, and production team leadership. You ll work closely with the Manager and will be trained in all aspects of the manufacturing process ensuring safety, product quality, and continuous improvement in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements 1 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial plant environment preferred.
Ability to learn and troubleshoot mechanical systems and chemical processes.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting.
Capable of leading and supporting small teams to achieve daily production goals.
Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation and safety protocols.
