Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Current, active, and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license to practice in the State of Georgia.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience providing care to medically fragile individuals.
- Working knowledge of applicable home and community-based service programs, including ICWP, CCSP, SOURCE, and GAPP.
- Ability to provide nursing services within the LPN scope of practice and in accordance with established Plans of Care.
- Ability to travel to client homes and other service locations within the assigned territory.
- Maintain automobile insurance coverage that meets applicable state and company requirements throughout employment.
- Previous home health, home care, or community-based nursing experience.
- Experience providing skilled nursing services in the home setting.
