As a General Utility Worker on our team of service professionals, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the environment. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client needs and business requirements.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Secure company assets.

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, especially when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
