• Welcome customers and guide them through their buying journey — in person, over the phone, and online
• Listen, connect, and match customers with the RV or boat that best fits their lifestyle and dreams
• Learn our wide range of products inside and out (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) so you can confidently answer questions and share your expertise
• Follow up with warm and hot leads through our advanced CRM system — no cold-calling, just real opportunities
• Build lasting relationships with customers who will come back to you year after year for their next adventure

• A self-starter with strong communication skills and a positive, high-energy attitude
• Someone eager to learn, grow, and become a true product expert
• Detail-oriented with great follow-through and closing skills
• A team player who wants to win together
• Valid driver’s license required
