• Starting salary of $28‑$34.00 per hour depending on experience

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• No weekends
• Repair / maintenance shop at Americus, GA hauling site
• Stable hours for financial security and work/life balance

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts.
• Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
• Perform safety checks – the safety of every employee and the people in our communities is the top priority.
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
• Assist senior Mechanics in the completion of project work.
• Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

Required to exert physical effort that includes frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constantly standing, walking, and grasping; occasionally sitting and balancing. Exposure to physical occupational risks such as cuts, burns, and toxic chemicals, and to environmental elements like dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar elements. Work occurs inside garage/shop or gas plant conditions as well as outside conditions with inclement weather, heat, and humidity.
