A Japanese company is currently recruiting a Dutch speaking Admin and Accounting Assistant to work in their new office/warehouse in Houten.
English and Dutch are essential as Dutch documents are handled.
Accounting experience is not required as training is available.
A car license is not essential but desirable for commuting.
Type: Permanent, full-time
Working hours: 8:45-17:15 Monday to Friday, (30 min. lunch break, 40 hrs a week)
Salary: €/month (gross) + 8% holiday allowance + 13th month allowance
Start: ASAP
Location: Houten, The Netherlands (5 days working at office)
Main Responsibilities:
- Order entry
- Product processing arrangements
- Inventory control and shipping arrangements to customers and sales assistance, including internal/external communication
- Creating sales materials such as quotations and technical data sheets
- Accounting duties
Ideal Candidate:
- Business proficiency in Dutch and English
- Experience in customer service including order/delivery arrangements
- Understanding of German is advantageous
