Heijmans zoekt een Projectleider Realisatie voor industriële woningbouw. Je geeft leiding aan meerdere woningbouwprojecten, stuurt hoofduitvoerders en uitvoerders aan en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van onderaannemers.
Je bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en kosten, stelt detailplanningen op en bewaakt prognoses voor personeel, materieel en bouwplaatskosten. Je werkt aan meer- en minderwerk en stuurt bouwplaatskosten kritischer aan.
