Een retailbedrijf in Amersfoort zoekt een Customer Support Medewerker die eerste aanspreekpunt is voor ondernemers en leveranciers. Je biedt ondersteuning via telefoon en e-mail, beheert webshoporders en houdt ledenmutaties bij. We zoeken een klantgerichte teamspeler met ervaring in ticketsystemen zoals Freshdesk. Dit is een 24-urige werkweek met veel verantwoordelijkheid en flexibiliteit, en biedt 33 vakantiedagen en een informele werkcultuur.
