With your communicative personality and problem‑solving skills, you enjoy providing a high level of service to our internal and external customers. Together with the Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for our German‑speaking customers and you ensure excellent support is provided by answering calls, e‑mails, solving queries and preparing agreements in an accurate and timely manner. As a Customer Relations Representative you help drive continuous improvement regarding the customer experience for our customers in Europe, whilst liaising with the local sales teams to deliver best‑in‑class service.
To succeed, you bring in excellent organizational skills, you are able to work in a structured manner and adhere to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Handle questions from internal and external customers on the phone and via email during office hours
- Process returns and invoice corrections in our SAP system
- Prepare agreements for evaluation, loan, rental and purchases
- Interpret and assign customer requests to the appropriate departments and teams
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes and consequently communicate with internal departments to find solutions and preventative actions
- Participate in team meetings and project team activities to set priorities, discuss process improvements and solve issues together
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar position
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows‑based computer applications
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in German and English
- Any additional European language is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills, able to work in a structured manner and adhere to deadlines
