HAVI Logistics Business Services GmbH in Amersfoort zoekt een Customer Service medewerker die het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten zal zijn, waaronder grote fastfoodketens. Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon en mail, verwerkt bestellingen en zorgt voor klanttevredenheid.
Je werkt in een innovatief team van 10 collega's en krijgt de kans om actief verbeterideeën aan te dragen. Flexibiliteit is cruciaal, omdat je werkt met een flexibel rooster van 07:00 tot 18:00 doordeweeks.
Wij bieden een jaarlijkse bonus, 25 verlofdagen en vergoeding van reiskosten.
