ASA Talent zoekt een klantenservicemedewerker voor Bol. Je behandelt vragen over bestellingen en producten via telefoon, chat en e-mail, zowel thuis als op kantoor in Utrecht. Je start met een korte check-in en werkt in een informeel, hybride team.
Je luistert goed, verplaatst je in de klant en toont empathie en creativiteit in elke oplossing. Training is fulltime gedurende vier weken, daarna hybride werken in de regio Utrecht.
