Join an international customer service team in Bucharest. You will support German-speaking customers by phone, email and live chat, solve their issues, and find opportunities to recommend extra products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email and live chat in German
- Resolve issues with patience, empathy and a focus on solutions
- Identify and act on cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM
- Work with internal teams and escalated complex cases when needed
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
- German at C1–C2 level, spoken and written
- English at B2 level minimum, for internal communication
- At least 6 months of phone-based sales or customer service experience (BPO voice experience preferred)
- A sales mindset and comfort with cross-selling and upselling
- Strong communication and active-listening skills
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Proactive, patient, empathetic and solution-oriented
- Based in Bucharest and able to commute to the Sector 4 office 3 days a week
- Available for full-time work
