BMC zoekt professionals voor een 10 maanden durend ontwikkeltraject in de publieke sector, gericht op strategisch advies binnen veiligheid en openbare orde. Je start direct met een vast contract en combineert leren met werken aan opdrachten bij gemeenten en veiligheidsorganisaties door heel Nederland.
Je leert door trainingen, intervisie en begeleiding, met opdrachten die jouw leerdoelen realiseren. De leerlay-out is 90% praktijk en 10% formeel onderwijs, en de banenlocatie is Amersfoort waar de
