International Project Manager

As we continue to expand internationally, we're looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to join our Operations team in Amersfoort. In this role, you'll take the lead on delivering wind turbine projects across Europe, from planning and installation to commissioning and customer handover.

What you do

Manage the delivery, installation, and commissioning of our wind turbines;

Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards;

Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure a smooth and excellent project experience;

Prepare and manage project documentation, including execution plans, HSE plans, reports, and action lists;

Collaborate with colleagues across different EWT Business Units;

Contribute to continuous improvements in project management processes and tools;

Support our Sales and Legal teams with project insights and contract input and feedback.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering;

2–3 years of international project management experience, preferably in the wind or energy sector;

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage both clients and teams;

Experience working on multiple projects in a dynamic, international environment;

Knowledge of HSE legislation, related to construction activities;

Affinity with multidisciplinary technical projects;

A proactive, customer‑focused mindset with both technical and commercial awareness;

Fluent in English;
Dutch is a plus;

Willingness to travel approximately 15% of your time within Europe.

Our wind turbines are predominantly used to provide localised on‑and off‑grid solutions for customers, spanning industry, agriculture, water utilities, investment funds, communities and landowners.

In Amersfoort we assemble rotor hubs, nacelles, power converters and control systems.

In our factory in Enschede we produce the rotor blades for our turbines. This is the only production location for rotor blades in the Netherlands. The blades are made of glass‑fiber reinforced epoxy, a composite material.
