Arcadis is seeking a Lead Engineer High Voltage to provide technical leadership on HV projects (110–380 kV), including substations, cables, and grid connections. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, review technical deliverables, and ensure compliance with standards and client requirements across project life cycles.
You will liaise with grid operators and clients in the Netherlands, driving risk management, budgeting support, and successful execution within a flexible hybrid work model.
