Overzicht
Wat jij doet Dit ga je doen Als RO-adviseur bij koen werk je aan uiteenlopende ruimtelijke vraagstukken voor gemeenten, provincies en andere overheidsorganisaties. Jij bent de schakel tussen beleid, regelgeving en uitvoering. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:
- Het opstellen en beoordelen van bestemmingsplannen, omgevingsplannen en beleidsnotities.
- Adviseren over de Omgevingswet, vergunningverlening en planologische procedures.
- Het begeleiden van ruimtelijke initiatieven en participatietrajecten met bewoners, ontwikkelaars en andere stakeholders.
- Het vertalen van juridische en beleidsmatige kaders naar praktische oplossingen.
