Associate Wellness Manager

As an Associate Wellness Manager, you will join our Community Relations & Wellness team and play an active role (on both a strategic and operational level) in designing and implementing wellness programs that promote health, wellbeing and team member engagement. You will be supporting Applied Medical’s broader commitment to wellbeing and community by creating initiatives that help team members thrive both physically and mentally.

• Coordinate and implement wellness initiatives and events, ensuring all projects are executed thoroughly and on time.
• Manage wellness projects in collaboration with leaders and stakeholders, providing clear progress updates as needed and financial tracking, including purchase requisitions and invoice processing.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize participation and feedback data to evaluate program effectiveness, maintain engagement and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate the maintenance of fitness facilities, ensuring the equipment is safe, clean, and in proper working condition.
• Create engaging content for communications related to wellness initiatives.
• Motivate team members to engage in wellness programs and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Develop partnerships with external suppliers and stay informed on wellness and fitness trends.
• Support and collaborate on broader projects led by the Community Relations & Wellness team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Health, Physiotherapy, Vitality or related field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international work environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch
• Proven experience in organizing health and wellbeing programs, as well as hosting fitness classes is an advantage
