At JOHNSON & JOHNSON MEDICAL DEVICES The Netherlands we are currently looking for a Therapeutic Area Lead Advanced Healing to join our team in Amersfoort. Therapeutic Area Lead Advanced Healing is going to lead a high-performing team to develop and deliver a robust sales and marketing plan which delivers strong sustainable growth for the ETHICON Wound closure and Biosurgery business in the Netherlands.

It will be critical to work with the cross functional team to implement a multi-year growth plan, strong growth strategies on Stratafix portfolio and Biosurgery and continue to shape the rapidly changing environment to prepare for the launch of new technologies. The role requires strong strategic and operational skills alongside a passion for talent development.

• Set strategy in the Netherlands in alignment with regional and global direction, also drive national execution for wound closure and Biosurgery platforms.
• Develop consolidated plans for short term and long-term growth in the ETHICON wound closure and Biosurgery Platforms in the Netherlands.
• Drive business growth by flawlessly implementing the plan while continuing to seek opportunities to grow the business by translating customer and market insights into value-based opportunities.
• Part of the Ethicon LT, work closely with experienced Leadership Team members to assess, influence, and shape the external environment. This includes partnering with hospital, and health boards, private hospital groups, industry & trade associations, payers, professional societies, and patient advocacy groups and KOLs as well as seeking and implementing internal and external partnership opportunities.
