Role Description

This role focuses on leading the deployment of key supply chain systems across international manufacturing locations. You will act as the bridge between central teams and local plant operations, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of planning tools. The position combines project management, stakeholder engagement, and hands‑on support during critical deployment phases.

Responsibilities
  • Lead deployment of supply chain systems including scheduling and planning tools.
  • Translate central implementation requirements into local execution plans.
  • Support plant teams in production, quality, maintenance, and planning.
  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Drive readiness for system go-live and ensure smooth transition.
  • Act as the key link between headquarters and plant operations.
  • Support training, system adoption, and user alignment.
  • Monitor progress and address operational challenges during deployment.
Requirements
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Experience with system implementations in large organizations.
  • Knowledge of SAP and OMP systems.
  • Background in supply chain, production, or manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to influence and energize cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Ability to operate in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
