Johnson & Johnson is seeking an SFE & BI Analyst (m/f/d) for the Surgery MSM organization. The role can be based in the Netherlands or Belgium, supporting analytics, dashboards, and incentive calculations across countries.
You will collaborate with the BI&A team, Sales Managers, and commercial teams to ensure accurate analytics used in day‑to‑day decisions. Required is a Master’s degree and 3–5+ years in analytics, with Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
