Interstellar in Amersfoort zoekt een 2e Lijns Support Engineer die incidenten analyseert en complexe verstoringen oplost in Microsoft- en cloudomgevingen. Je werkt als technische spil tussen 1e en 3e lijn en ondersteunt collega’s bij uitdagende tickets, met focus op snelheid en kwaliteit.
Daarnaast draag je bij aan wijzigingen, documentatie en procesverbeteringen, en ontwikkel je jezelf via trainingen en certificeringen. Je werkt in een dynamische, klantgerichte omgeving met ruimte voor groei.
