SAP Project Manager

Company  Our client is a leading global organization focused on innovation, technology, and sustainable growth. The organization is currently modernizing its SAP landscape and is looking for an experienced professional to lead key transformation projects.

Role Description  We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP upgrade, migration, and modernization projects. You will be responsible for managing the overall project, coordinating technical teams and external partners, and ensuring successful delivery within the agreed timeline, scope, and quality standards.
Responsibilities   Plan and manage SAP technical projects, including S/4

HANA upgrades and migrations.
Coordinate technical activities across SAP Basis, infrastructure, security, integrations, data migration, and testing teams.
Manage dependencies between different technical teams and project stakeholders.
Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and technical standards.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Lead project governance, reporting, and progress tracking.
Work closely with internal teams, SAP experts, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners.
Communicate project progress, risks, and technical topics clearly to stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and modernisation of the SAP landscape.
Requirements   Proven experience managing SAP technical projects, preferably within an S/4

HANA environment.
Strong experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, or technical - transformation projects.
Good understanding of SAP technical areas such as Basis, infrastructure, security, integrations, data migration, and testing.
Strong stakeholder and project management skills in complex, international environments.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and project issues.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
A strong technical background combined with solid project management experience.
