The Commercialisation Specialist ensures the delivery of customer‑centric end‑to‑end supply chain solutions and acts as the central link between R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Quality, Procurement, Partnerships and Supply Chain. Your goal is to bring the right products to market in the most effective and efficient way possible.

  • Master’s degree preferably in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations within a Demand/Supply Planning/Manufacturing environment in FMCG
  • Experience in project and change management is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial, customer‑focused mindset with a drive for results
  • Pragmatic approach, seeking efficient and effective solutions
  • An innovative thinker; energized by challenges and new ideas
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to motivate and engage colleagues at all levels
  • Commercial affinity and a business‑oriented way of thinking
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or English, both written and spoken
  • The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑moving, multi‑stakeholder environment
What we offer

At Friesland Campina you work on strong, globally loved brands enjoyed by millions every day – like Friso, Campina, Chocomel and Frisian Flag. We offer a farmer‑owned cooperative atmosphere with an international environment and a clear social and sustainable purpose.

  • Salary between €3,900 and €5,250 gross per month (full‑time), depending on experience
  • Flexible work week of 32 to 38 hours, a 5% year‑end allowance, 10% company bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme
  • Hybrid working with flexible hours, a train card or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way)
  • 200 hours of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 hours
  • Company laptop, phone and home‑office equipment
  • Well‑being and inclusion initiatives, health support and employee assistance programmes
  • Perks at the head office – milk and cheese during lunch, fresh fruit and barista coffee
Role Responsibilities
  • Design customer‑focused, end‑to‑end supply chain solutions for new or modified products/concepts
  • Lead the successful introduction of new products and product changes across the supply chain
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business teams on new products and portfolio‑related questions
  • Conduct product portfolio reviews and drive data‑informed decision‑making based on supply chain and customer insights
  • Drive make‑or‑buy decisions for supply chain solutions for new concepts by assessing capabilities, complexity and capacity options with supply chain partners
  • Manage project timelines proactively and take swift action to prevent or minimise delays
  • Participate in customer‑focused projects to deliver product innovations and lead supply‑chain‑focused projects
  • Assess requests against cheese menu card solutions to avoid unnecessary supply‑chain complexity and escalating deviations where needed
  • Support tender project managers with data, supply connections, cost pricing, sample coordination and capability checks
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across your scope
  • Support Power BI dashboarding to enable portfolio health insights, lead‑time analysis and cost optimisation
