Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Account Manager to act as the supply chain point of contact for key customers in the Netherlands. In this role, the Customer Supply Chain Account Manager connects customer needs with end-to-end supply chain capabilities, drives performance improvements, and ensures strong collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners. The focus is on service performance, cost efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement, using data-driven insights to support decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main supply chain contact for assigned customers and build strong, professional relationships.
  • Translate customer needs and objectives into clear, customer-focused supply chain action plans.
  • Monitor and report customer-level logistics performance, using insights to drive fact-based improvements.
  • Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Align operational execution across order management, returns, complaints, and service communication.
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks, propose solutions, and ensure follow-through with the right stakeholders.
  • Support broader optimization and change initiatives that improve efficiency, service levels, sustainability, and ways of working.
  • Contribute to defining and maintaining logistics-related agreements and frameworks with customers.
Requirements
  • University degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant supply chain experience (ideally within FMCG or retail).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including warehousing and forecasting.
  • Solid knowledge of Power BI and performance reporting.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Customer-focused, analytical, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Temporary Full time Contract (Until June 2027)
