About the RoleAn exciting 4 month interim opportunity for an experienced Employer Branding professional to support and enhance global employer branding initiatives. The role focuses on campaign optimization, content creation, social media management, and career site development to strengthen employer brand visibility and candidate engagement worldwide.
Responsibilities- Manage and optimize global employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Own and maintain the global content calendar across multiple channels
- Create engaging social media content including copy, visuals, and short form storytelling
- Develop and enhance career site landing pages to improve the candidate experience
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and regional Employer Brand teams globally
- Ensure consistent employer branding across regions and channels
- Analyze campaign and social performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Test new content formats and engagement strategies
- Strong experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management
- Proven experience managing social media content and multi channel content calendars
- Experience with career sites, landing pages, and candidate journey optimization
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Data driven mindset with experience using analytics to improve performance
- Ability to execute quickly while maintaining high quality standards
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a global environment
- Fluent English communication skills
