Global Branding Specialist

We are looking for an Interim Global Employer Branding Specialist to strengthen employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns through engaging social media content and compelling career-site experiences. You will manage content calendars, create impactful digital content, and collaborate with global Talent Acquisition teams to enhance candidate engagement and employer brand consistency.

• Manage and optimize employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging social media content across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok.
• Own the global content calendar and develop creative, high-quality content.
• Create and update career-site landing pages and improve the candidate journey.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand teams across different regions.
• Use analytics and insights to improve campaign performance and engagement

• Experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Brand, Communications or Social Media.
• Strong hands-on experience in social media content creation and copywriting.
• Experience with recruitment campaigns, job marketing and talent attraction.
• Creative, hands-on and data-driven mindset with strong attention to quality.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
• Available for 28–32 hours/week, able to work 2 days/week in Amersfoort, and available to start as soon as possible.
