Interakt Contour zoekt een verpleegkundig consulent reumatologie voor de polikliniek in Amersfoort. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team en bent verantwoordelijk voor de behandeling en begeleiding van patiënten met reumatische aandoeningen.
In deze functie geef je voorlichting, voer je geprotocolleerde zorg uit onder supervisie van een reumatoloog, en beantwoord je vragen van patiënten en zorgverleners. Een contract voor een jaar met uitzicht op vast is biedt zekerheid.
