Als Assistant Store Manager ben jij de rechterhand van onze Store Manager – vaak ook de linker – en haal je elke dag alles uit de kast om te zorgen voor de ultieme shopping experience voor jullie klanten. Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het succes van de store en weet de omzet van elk kwartaal te overtreffen. Ook draag je bij aan alle activiteiten op de winkelvloer en coach en inspireer je jouw collega’s.

• Support and collaborate closely with the Store Manager to meet daily operational goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
• Coach, develop, and inspire store staff.
• Assist in driving quarterly sales targets and exceed revenue objectives.
• Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Significant experience in a customer‑focused retail or service environment.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Competence in store operations, sales, and team development.
