We are currently seeking a:

NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

POSITION

The National Account Manager will oversee the entire Benelux market, aiming to meet sales and profit targets. This role involves developing strategic plans to ensure partnership with customers and maximizing sales for Molton Brown. The ideal candidate is proactive, recognizes the power of the Molton Brown brand, and is committed to making a difference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive sales and profit growth for Molton Brown;
  • Develop accurate forecasts and stretch plans;
  • Build and maintain relationships with accounts at store and headquarters levels to maximize growth opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand strategies that promote aggressive growth;
  • Create strategic yearly plans within set budgets and ROI expectations;
  • Generate innovative ideas to stimulate business growth;
  • Participate actively in monthly team meetings;
  • Align with in-country strategic objectives and priorities;
  • Ensure excellent execution of product launches at store level;
  • Train store staff on key brand benefits to support sales and facilitate access to training;
  • Plan and direct store visits effectively.
PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or University Degree;
  • Experience in business development within FMCG;
  • Experience working with retailers at both headquarters and store levels.

RELEVANT COMPETENCIES

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to meet sales and profit targets;
  • Strategic planning and implementation skills;
  • Relationship-building and influencing abilities;
  • Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines;
  • Market and sales data analysis skills combined with creativity;
  • P&L management experience;
  • Energetic, proactive attitude for seeking new business and expanding existing accounts.
