Christelijke Vacature is op zoek naar een woonbegeleider voor de locatie Cederhorst in Utrecht. Je begeleidt bewoners in hun dagelijks leven en helpt hen mee te doen aan diverse activiteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en andere professionals en zorgt voor een huiselijke sfeer.
Een mbo-4 diploma in het sociaal domein is vereist, evenals ervaring met mensen met psychiatrische problemen. De functie vraagt om flexibiliteit in diensten en een ondersteunende rol voor de bewoners.
