Metmaya in Amersfoort zoekt een intensief ambulant hulpverlener die kinderen en gezinnen ondersteunt in hun eigen omgeving. Je werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team en stelt samen met de gezinnen duidelijke doelen op.
Een relevante hbo-opleiding en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de jeugdhulp zijn vereist. Je krijgt een jaarcontract voor 24 tot 36 uur per week met flexibele werktijden, salaris tussen €3.309,79 en €4.973,34 en de optie om deels thuis te werken.
