Interakt Contour zoekt een enthousiaste assistent-begeleider voor onze woonlocatie in Amersfoort Vathorst. Je werkt samen met de persoonlijk begeleider en bewaakt de planning en doelen volgens het trajectplan van elke cliënt.
Je hebt een zorggerelateerde mbo-3 opleiding en beschikt over sterke sociale vaardigheden en empathie. Je draagt bij aan een veilige, betrokken leefomgeving en werkt met de LACCS-methodiek in een enthousiast team.
