Abrona zoekt ambulant begeleiders LVB voor het STERK-samenwerkingsverband in de regio Amersfoort. Je werkt zelfstandig maar binnen een multidisciplinair team en brengt de expertise van Abrona in op het gebied van licht verstandelijke beperkingen.
Je helpt inwoners structuur aan te brengen en actief deel te nemen aan de samenleving. We bieden een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband, FWG 45 en een salaris tussen €3.052,- en €4.262,- op basis van 36 uur.
